To initiate a return, please visit our Order Tracking page located within your SoftMoc Rewards Account. Click on the Return Order tab and follow the steps. Should the order qualify for a prepaid return label, this will be sent via email. You may then print the label, affix it to your returning package and drop off with the specified courier. (with the exception of Next Day Shipping Couriers).
Please note - if you reside in a rural area and are emailed a prepaid return label with a courier that is not local, please reach out to our Customer Care Team, for assistance in obtaining a Canada Post prepaid return label.
